"Spending 9 years in Nashville and Austin bars taught me more about the guitar than any formal academy ever could. Gigging nightly as a singer-guitarist, I figured out how to keep an audience engaged through simple, honest playing. Now, I help self-taught players and hobbyists find that same confidence. Whether you are a kid just starting out or a grade exam candidate, we focus on the real-world skills that matter.
My 9 years in the trenches mean I know exactly where you might get stuck. From electric technique to reading tabs, I have seen it all. I work with advanced learners to refine their improvisation and soloing skills too.

"Good music happens when you stop thinking and start listening to the instrument. Simplicity creates power. I use my 9 years of performing to show you how to manage your songwriting and fingerpicking without overcomplicating the fretboard.
We explore scales and modes to broaden your creative vocabulary. As a self-taught player, I value practical shortcuts that save you time. My approach centers on making sure you can actually perform what you practice.
To keep you on the right track, I provide a monthly recorded review of your progress. This helps us audit your growth and adjust our goals for the next 4 weeks. I am happy to chat whenever you feel ready to start."
