About Rachael
I am an experienced maths teacher with a mathematics degree and a Secondary maths teaching qualification. My lessons have been graded outstanding by Ofsted and the Independent Schools Inspectorate, and I have helped students exceed their predictions by up to three grades at GCSE and two grades at A Level. I am passionate about improving your understanding of maths, and being able to enable you to achieve the grades you need through clear explanations and lots of practice.

I provide online 1-hour lessons with a mixture of clear explanations and examples, followed by questions to try to reinforce your understanding. I will supplement this with exam questions, and in-depth use of mark schemes to ensure you can apply your understanding in an exam. I have experience teaching ages 11 to 18-year-olds and can modify my content to suit you. Nearer to exam season, we can focus on past paper revision and how to improve your grade. I have experience with Edexcel, AQA and OCR UK and International exam papers, and A Level specialisms are Pure and Decision maths.
