Qualifications: BA - Psychology with the Diploma in Education
Experience: Secondary Science and Maths teacher(1.5 years), Recruitment/ HR/Consulting (2.5 years).
Passions: learning/ hearing about what other people are passionate about.
Interests: I am currently completing online courses to teach myself how to code in Javascript and I hope to learn about other computer language in the near future as well.

It is important to have individuals engaged in a topic, therefore my approach is to create plans around their interests to encourage participation. If I can have someone understand the basic concepts of something and relate it to something they are interested in, they are more likely to learn/ enjoy it.
