About Radek
I’m currently studying a BSc in Computer Science with an emphasis on mathematics. These are things I enjoy doing and teaching, and would love to share my knowledge with you about these fascinating subjects. My instructing and tutoring background mainly comes from Cadets where I’ve had multiple instruction courses, as well as tutoring my little sister and her friend in their SATS. Finally, I strongly believe that progress can be achieved when a tutor and a student get on. From experience, I find that pupils learn the most when they are in a friendly environment with someone who can provide challenges and the resources to strengthen weak areas, solidify understanding, and help you push yourself to do your best. I find that pupils learn the best when they are met with patience and support, as well as motivation to perform and challenge themselves. I utilise existing resources for the best practice and create my own based on the students' needs. I aim to engage students in every step of a lesson to make sure concepts are thoroughly understood. My method is less show-and-do; I try to guide the students to try and figure out areas of struggle themselves, prompting them when necessary.

I have worked alongside Radek in a shared academic setting and his friendly personality helps him get along with of people all ages, which will help him develop relationships with his students.
