I've enjoyed an engineering & management career, across multiple industries - focused on mfg. support. I'm regularly involved with personnel from all disciplines, utilizing team concepts toward root cause solutions.
Experiencing roles as both an instructor & associate dean at the college level, I enjoyed breaking down technical concepts - for a better understanding of the applied fundamentals, commonly utilized.

I believe that every learning experience is enjoyed, with two-way feedback & progressive understanding of material fundamentals. Students should feel relaxed . . . expressing their strengths, while realizing opportunities for improvement. Most math/science skills are acquired from demonstration, understanding, and a healthy amount of "practice", not unlike so many sport fundamentals. This is an analogy that I typically emphasize to young adults, as success with sports, music, & various passions, are acquired in a similar manner.
