About Sy

Japanese & French major in my 3rd year. I've been tutoring in English for over 4 years. French for around a year or two. I've taught around 4 people officially but in high school I would tutor my peers in Honors English.

My students usually start receiving better grades but more importantly have a better understanding of the language, native speaker or not.

About the lesson

I like to let you do your thing and help guide you in the best direction for you. I help with reading, writing and academic English/French. I've been described as stern but I'm also encouraging and believe in taking breaks for fun sources of learning like music, videos, movies, etc.
