About Bria
I’m a Trauma & Culture Specialist with a passion for guiding youth, families, and communities toward healthier communication and emotional growth. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked in diverse school settings (both traditional and an all-girls court-ordered/residential strict discipline academy), mentoring students, facilitating restorative and co-regulation spaces, and leading trainings to build positive learning environments. Beyond my professional work, I created Bria’s Utopia, a vision of holistic community healing where creativity, mindfulness, and cultural exchange come together. I draw inspiration from my experiences in different cultures, blending intuitive guidance with practical strategies to help students and families navigate conflict, express themselves authentically, and cultivate empathy. My approach is heart-centered, culturally aware, and rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to thrive when seen, heard, and supported.
