About Rishika
Hi, I'm Rishika, an RCI-certified Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about helping individuals communicate with confidence and independence.
I have experience working with children and adults across a wide range of communication needs, including speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, AAC, social communication difficulties, literacy challenges, voice disorders, neurogenic communication disorders, and dysphagia (swallowing disorders).
My clinical approach combines evidence-based practice with engaging, individualized therapy that is tailored to each person's strengths, goals, and daily life needs. I believe that effective communication can transform participation, learning, relationships, and quality of life.
Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, an adult working on communication skills, or someone recovering from a neurological condition, I strive to provide a supportive, practical, and collaborative therapy experience that helps you achieve meaningful outcomes.

As an RCI-certified Speech-Language Pathologist, I provide personalized, evidence-based therapy for children and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties.
My sessions are interactive, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual's needs. I use play-based activities, functional communication tasks, visual supports, AAC strategies, and practical home programs to ensure skills carry over into everyday life.
I work with children with speech and language delays, autism, social communication difficulties, literacy challenges, and AAC needs. I also support adults with neurogenic communication disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, voice disorders, cognitive-communication difficulties, and dysphagia (swallowing disorders).
My approach focuses on building confidence, independence, and meaningful communication through engaging, functional, and family-centered intervention.
