About Rylea
I am a QUT student in my first year of creative industries (majoring in creative and professional writing) and have always had a passion for learning. I have only recently graduated high school so I fully understand the stress a student is under and how much worse it is when a subject seems too difficult to grasp. I also understand that everyone learns differently, and as a tutor I would like to find a way to help your child learn and excel to their full ability. I graduated with academic excellence and with an OP 4, after studying English, Maths B, Chemistry, Music, Drama and Modern History as my school subjects. I hope that I can make anyones learning easier, because I understand a little help can go a long way.

Everyone learns differently, so when I first meet a student I like to ask them how they think that they learn best and things that they think are areas they need to improve in (input from parents or notes from school teachers are also encouraged and welcomed). Communication with the student is the key to understanding how they learn and a lesson plan will be built around that and adjusted to best fit the student. Lesson plans can include but are not limited to preparation for any exams that are approaching, improving homework and assignment work, and helping them to develop key skills for their futures (i.e. reading, grammar, spelling, proof reading, and sentence structure).
