I communicate with the students to get their perspective on what they need help with.
I find or create work that we can work through together to ensure understanding.
I give some examples to try independently that we take up.
During the next session I review the previous session before moving on.
I am all about the pedagogy of learning. I want us to work as a team to build valuable and confidence in their ability. I do my best to think outside the box and find different method to explain the work when possible
