About Rebecca
I grew up in the South West and, after finishing college, set out to explore more of the country. I spent three years living and working in the West Midlands before returning to the West Country to complete my teaching qualification. Teaching in a range of schools across Somerset has given me a strong understanding of different classroom environments and the diverse needs of learners within them.
Experiencing such a variety of students and learning styles is what drew me into teaching and tutoring. I enjoy helping learners build confidence, overcome challenges, and realise their potential, and I aim to create a supportive, friendly, and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress.

Making the connections between content is key to being able to gain that understanding. I keep my lessons free of clutter to avoid overloading you with information, but still ensure you have all you need to do well.
My lessons are 60 minutes long, and leave you with suggested reading (not homework!) to further your understanding on what we have covered.
My lessons are suitable for students in secondary school (aged 11-16) but are also good to refresh yourself on specific topics if required later in life.
