About Carla

I am an experienced Spanish tutor and native speaker. My qualifications include a Teaching Diploma and Business Management Degree. Learning a language is all about knowing what to say, and daring to speak. You will find me supportive in all aspects of teaching so that you develop your Spanish language skills such as: reading, writing, listening and speaking.

About the lesson

I offer Spanish tuition to adults. My courses are well structured, interactive and communicative. The Beginners Course equips the student with all the language skills needed to communicate in everyday situations. For example, we first focus on pronunciation of vowel sounds, prepositions of place, nationalities and countries, simple present verbs, past verb forms, idiomatic future and describing people and places. You will improve quickly and lessons are fun.

Carla is and excellent and enthusiastic Spanish language teacher, who immediately instils confidence. I have been working with Carla for about six months now and I look forward to my classes because she is very supportive and encouraging. Carla makes Spanish lessons fun and engaging. I would highly recommend Carla as a tutor because her Spanish lessons are structured, and set at a pace that works for me. Carla also combines her teaching with cultural learning and can explain differences very well in English.
