From great fear of the gym - and the low confidence that comes with it - to becoming a personal trainer. I discovered that my fitness journey was much more than lifting a certain weight or running for a specific amount of time. It is all about physical health and mental wellbeing.

With my personal experience, knowledge acquired and the variety of training methods available, I bring you the best personal training experience from the choice of workouts to advices on your diet and general lifestyle.
