About Shannon
A qualified English teacher with a TESOL certificate, coming towards the end of my bachelors degree in Education. Highly trained in planning and delivering English lessons across a variety of levels, training students in exam preparation and essay writing, even university applications. I am based in Lincolnshire, but can travel to different locations if needed.

My teaching method includes a creative approach, which includes innovative and imaginative lesson plans and activities to transform learning into knowledge.
I try to include as much realia as possible, which includes incorporating real life examples and demonstrations for key learning points, to emphasise to students that there is much more to the English language than only words. All lessons plans will be student-centred, focusing strongly on individual learner needs in order to encourage development in specific areas. Attention will be paid to individual learner styles, to enhance student focus and encourage engagement.
