About Shifa
I’m a dedicated Psychology undergraduate passionate about helping students reach their full potential. Having studied both Psychology and Criminology from A-Level to university, I understand the challenges students face and how to overcome them. I aim to make learning enjoyable, supportive, and confidence-building for every student I teach. I’m especially passionate about inspiring others to love these fascinating subjects and to see how they connect to real life. Alongside my social science studies, I’ve always loved English — particularly analysing poetry, exploring literature, and discussing deeper meanings within texts. My goal is to help students not only achieve strong academic results but also develop a genuine enthusiasm for learning that lasts beyond the classroom.

Hi! I’m a dedicated Psychology undergraduate who’s passionate about helping students reach their full potential. I understand that every learner is different, so I take time to get to know each student’s strengths, challenges, and learning style. My one-hour lessons are interactive, supportive, and fully tailored to individual goals. I use open discussion, real-life examples, and exam-style practice to make learning engaging, relatable, and effective. I’ve tutored secondary and A-Level students in Psychology, Criminology, and English, focusing on building confidence, improving understanding, and developing strong exam techniques. I believe in creating a relaxed, friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, thinking critically, and exploring new ideas. My goal is not only to help students achieve top grades, but also to help them enjoy the learning process and feel genuinely confident in their abilities. I’m patient, approachable, and committed to helping every student succeed academically and personally.
