I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea as a former coworker throughout her undergraduate years. During our time working together, I had the opportunity to observe her interactions with others and her ability to build positive, supportive relationships. Chelsea is someone who can help students feel comfortable, heard, and valued. Her approachable nature, patience, and willingness to offer support make her well-suited to inspire trust and confidence in students. I believe she has the ability to create an environment where students feel safe asking questions, expressing themselves, and seeking guidance when needed. I am confident that Chelsea would make a positive impact on students by encouraging them to believe in themselves, recognize their potential, and feel supported throughout their academic and personal growth.
