I am the Founder of Dialogy Consulting (and many more businesses) and a “self & others” made person at life and business that has gathered under her belt a few tools, knowledge, experiences and initiatives for the entrepreneurial ecosystem after 20+ years of career in the Marketing, Human Resources, Start-up and IT worlds.
A natural born communicator in constant search for the paths that may take her curiosity from knowledge to wisdom and with a never stopping drive to learn and to return and give back.
A happy nomad soul from Lisbon in Portugal who is now an American after a decade living in San Francisco, CA, USA as well as a mother of 2 amazing kids that are definitely her most demanding and yet rewarding project ever.

Having studied at UCE Berkeley, CA I became a huge advocate for "project based and hands on learning" and of openly debating solutions and points of view. Therefore I developed a Method based on the G.RO.W. model and on B.H.A.G method while "using" the 6 Bono Hats perspective. My classes are funny and engaging yet very practical and very results oriented since I believe Knowledge is only of value when put into action. I am a demanding teacher that provides "tough Love and Teachings". By this I mean that any Teaching or Mentoring is a process that requires The Teacher/Mentor to really care and to delve into the core of the Student/Mentee’s learning objectives and challenges ahead. Working together we will develop a Plan of Action that will guide and support your growth, reduce your risk of failure and increase the likelihood of achieving a productive balance in life while at it. Still... The Student/Mentee is the stakeholder who is set to gain the most, and hence should be the one who drives the process forward. Let’s do it? :-)
