About Kian

I am a local Long Islander that loves teaching and finding ways of helping my students master a skill or topic. Currently, I am a professor at Hofstra University. I teach in the business department and have taught students skills like programming and Excel.

About the lesson

I teach with an approach I call "show you", "do together", and "show me". I also like to apply lessons to the real-world to make each lesson have meaning. It's important to get to know my students as that let's me connect with them and become a more successful teacher.
