About Infinity

Hello! My name is Amandeep Singh, and I am a Senior IT Infrastructure Support Engineer with over 14 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, networking, and infrastructure management. Throughout my career, I have worked with healthcare, entertainment, and international clients across the USA, Canada, UK, and New Zealand.

My expertise includes Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, desktop and server support, NAS storage management, troubleshooting, and IT operations. I have also led technical support teams and helped organizations maintain high system availability and efficient IT services.

As a tutor, I focus on practical learning and real-world applications rather than just theory. I simplify complex technical concepts, making them easy to understand for beginners and professionals alike. Whether you are starting your IT journey, preparing for interviews, or looking to enhance your technical skills, I will provide personalized guidance to help you achieve your goals.

I am committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions confidently, develop problem-solving skills, and gain industry-relevant knowledge that can be applied immediately in real-world IT environments.

I look forward to helping you succeed in your learning journey!
