About Samantha
I currently work as a part time Director in Licensed Child Care for an after school program! I was a student teacher for 4 years and after graduating high school went straight to work in private schools and after school programs to help kiddos out with their classwork and homework. I have spent the entirety of my adult career working to understand the development of a child's brain and how I can assist in their learning. It is extremely important to me that every family and person I assist feels comfortable with me and my abilities. I am always available for questions when searching for the right tutor. Please don't settle for the first person you find. Research and determine who will be a good fit for you! I hope I am able to provide the confidence in my abilities for you to choose me to work with your kiddos.

I worked as a student teacher for 4 years and learned all different types of approaches because not every student learns the same way. I gear my lessons to how you learn best. I am younger and not set in my ways as most adults are. I had a tutor growing up that was very strict in how she would teach me and I think that is where I am set apart. You might not learn how I do which is okay! I work my hardest to ensure that I explain information in a way that will make the most sense to you. If we can't understand it, then I will look at alternative ways to help you figure out where the confusion is.
