I am a dedicated and friendly IT Quality Assurance professional with over 8 years of industry experience in software testing and quality assurance. I have worked across banking, fintech, and product-based environments, and I genuinely enjoy helping others understand technology and build confidence in their skills.
I am known for my patient teaching style and my ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way. I strongly believe that learning is most effective when students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is not just to teach concepts, but to help students feel confident applying them in real-world situations and interviews.
Having worked as a QA Engineer, Senior Consultant, and Test Lead, I understand both technical expectations and industry requirements. I bring real project experience into my lessons, which helps students gain practical knowledge rather than just theoretical understanding.

My teaching approach is practical, structured, and industry-focused. I believe the best way to learn software testing is by understanding real-world scenarios, not just theory. I explain concepts in a simple and clear way, using examples from my 8+ years of professional experience in QA across banking, fintech, and product-based environments.
I follow a step-by-step methodology:
Start with strong fundamentals (SDLC, QA concepts, Manual Testing basics)
Move to hands-on practice (test cases, defect reporting, Agile processes)
Introduce automation testing basics (Selenium / Playwright) in an easy, beginner-friendly manner
Provide interview-oriented guidance and practical tips used in real projects
Lessons are interactive and customised based on the student’s goals. I regularly use real test cases, sample projects, and interview-style questions to build confidence and job-ready skills.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes, but this can be adjusted based on the student’s preference. I also offer a free introductory session to understand learning objectives and create a personalised learning plan.
I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, am ISTQB Foundation certified, and have worked as a QA Engineer, Senior Consultant, and Test Lead, including experience with major clients such as Westpac.
