Mabuhay! Welcome to my Tagalog Class!

Hello! I'm a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in General Science, and I have experience teaching English online to students from different countries. Teaching has always been my passion, and I truly enjoy helping people learn new things, develop their skills, and gain confidence.

I want to teach Tagalog because I love sharing my language and Filipino culture with people from around the world. Having a foreign partner has also helped me appreciate how important communication is in building meaningful relationships and understanding different cultures.

In my class, you can expect a friendly, patient, and supportive learning environment where you can feel comfortable practicing Tagalog without fear of making mistakes. We will focus on practical, everyday conversations, useful expressions, pronunciation, and Filipino culture to help you communicate naturally and confidently.

My Teaching Approach and Methodology.

My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and interactive. I believe that learning a new language should be enjoyable, practical, and comfortable. I want my students to feel confident expressing themselves in Tagalog without being afraid of making mistakes.
In my lessons, I focus on conversational Tagalog that students can use in everyday situations, such as greeting people, introducing themselves, ordering food, shopping, traveling, and communicating with Filipino friends and family.
I use simple explanations, practical examples, repetition, role-playing, and everyday conversation to help students improve their speaking, listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I also adjust my teaching methods according to each student's level, learning pace, interests, and goals.

Lesson Length

My lessons are typically 25-50 minutes, depending on the student's needs and preferences. Each lesson includes speaking practice, vocabulary building, useful expressions, and a review of what we have learned.

My Qualifications and Experience

As a Filipino Tutor, I can help students learn Tagalog through practical conversations and everyday Filipino expressions. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students can learn at their own pace and gradually develop their communication skills.
