About Olivia
My movement journey started at a young age and has grown into a career that blends performance, strength, creativity and teaching.
I'm passionate about helping people unlock their potential whether that's building functional movement, developing strength and control in fitness or simply building confidence. I enjoy working alongside my students to set clear goals and create a path to achieve their individual goals.
My teaching style is open, patient and supportive. I believe growth happens best in an environment where you feel safe, encouraged and challenged in the right way. I bring warmth and a sense of humor into my sessions, but I'm equally committed to hard work, consistency and results.

My teaching blends mindful movement with athletic challenge, combining strength, control, mobility and personalised goal setting.
My performance background allows me to not only focus on fitness, but posture, technique and quality of movement.
I teach in English and Afrikaans and work with beginners through
to advanced movers, ranging from dancers to anyone who simply wants to feel stronger in their everyday life.
