About Gaby

I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. I grew up training at competition dance studios in jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop styles. I moved to LA in 2022 to dive into training in the commercial world. I have trained in heels dance for 5 years now and continue my contemporary and jazz training here. Aside from training, I like to teach pop-up dance classes. I am working towards teaching more and earning my dance teaching certification to teach in schools. My dream is to own a dance studio and make dance more accessible for anyone and any body.

About the lesson

I hope to provide a safe space to get in touch with our inner voice and express it through movement. We will explore the capabilities of our range in motion through learning new ways of moving and finding new pathways all while having fun! I love to collaborate and cater each lesson to what we are feeling in the particular present moment or day. I like to start with waking up every part of our body head to toe, warm up, a couple strengthening exercises, some stretches, learn a combo, etc.
