About Angela
I am a professional artist / illustrator and I have illustrated over 6 children's books. I was awarded top 3 published artworker in 2016 by Creativepool and in 2018 I was awarded a top 25 Illustrator in the world.
I have an NQF Level 6 in Bachelor of Visual Arts. I am a published author and I am working on my own comic book series. I work as a professional artist and illustrator as well as run my own graphic design company.
I have experience in traditional materials such as pencil, charcoal, pen, watercolor, acrylic, oil and pastel. I work digitally also in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.

I start with the basic principles of art. Then I assess the level of each student and I help them to develop their skill as an artist/illustrator to the next level.
I teach them about the art equipment they need to use in order to get the best results. I also give them ideas about marketing their own artworks and which platforms to use.
