About Gareth
I am an actor, archetypal drama therapist, acting coach and educator. I have almost 20 years of experience.
Over the years I have :
- coached individuals on a 1-on-1 basis to improve their craft
- guided people through difficult phases of their life using the tools of the theatre and psychotherapy
- run highly successful, sought-after workshops for children and adults ( groups from 4-25).

My teaching methods are crafted to suit the individual or group. I assess the dynamics presented and listen to what is required from the student or group. I draw on a number of varied sources for my training methods. From the performance greats like Meisner, Grotowski, Brooke, Stanislavski, to psychological great minds like Jung, Hillman, Moreno, to performance artists like Gaga, Abramovich, Pina Bausch.
