About Lauren
Hello! My name is Lauren Hong and I am a tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students grow in their education while feeling more confident in their abilities. I have experience working with students with IEPs, ADHD, and other learning differences, and understand that every student learns differently. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at their own pace. I take the time to get to know each student and adapt my approach based on what works best for them. Outside of tutoring, I work full-time as a graphic designer, which has strengthened my creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills that I bring into my tutoring sessions. Whether you need help catching up, preparing for a test, staying organized, or simply building confidence in a subject, I’d love to work with you! :)
