About Inês
Hi!
My name is Inês Paiva and I am a cello student at the University of Art in Berlin. I have been playing the cello for 17 years and am now at the beginning of my master’s degree. I have a lot of experience as a teacher and I love teaching the cello and music. I would be very happy if you would get in touch

I like to work with all levels and ages. My main goal in class is that the student has fun with the cello and music. I like to teach classical music but also other styles. I always like to give a book or several books to each student, where one can always learn the technique of the instrument well. At the same time I do beautiful pieces and play duo with the student as much as possible.

Ich habe zwei Jahre lang Cello-Unterricht bei Ines genommen und könnte mir keine bessere Lehrerin vorstellen. Sie vereint Fachwissen, Geduld und Begeisterung für das Instrument auf eine wunderbare Weise. Besonders schätze ich, dass sie individuell auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist – egal ob es um Technik, Interpretation oder einfach um die Freude am Spielen ging.
Ines schafft es, auch schwierige Inhalte leicht verständlich zu erklären, und sie motiviert durch ihre positive und herzliche Art. Dabei achtet sie stets auf eine gute Balance zwischen Herausforderung und Freude am Musizieren. Durch ihren Unterricht habe ich nicht nur große Fortschritte gemacht, sondern auch eine tiefe Liebe zum Cello entwickelt.
