About Finn
I am an experienced violin instructor with 12 years of teaching experience, passionate about helping students of all ages develop their musical abilities. I teach High School students, College students, and elderly learners with dedication and enthusiasm.
Throughout my career, I have successfully taught around 150-200 students and helped them improve their techniques, musical understanding, and confidence. My goal is to create lessons that are both effective and enjoyable.
I believe that every student can achieve progress with proper guidance and practice. My teaching approach focuses on building strong foundations while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
I help students learn violin techniques, rhythm, music theory, tone quality, and performance skills. I also guide them in developing positive practice routines.
A rewarding milestone in my career has been watching students achieve their personal goals and develop a deeper passion for music. Their success motivates me every day.
My aim is to inspire students to enjoy violin and continue their musical journey with confidence.

My violin lessons focus on developing technical ability, creativity, and confidence. Communication is the foundation of every lesson because it allows students to understand concepts clearly and participate actively. Accountability helps students stay motivated through personalized learning plans and regular practice.
Integrity creates an atmosphere of honesty, encouragement, and mutual respect. Lessons include posture, scales, bowing techniques, finger coordination, rhythm, tone quality, and expressive performance. Along with violin, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm practice, and performance preparation.
