About Kyle
"Giving students the tools to survive on stage is the reason I teach music. 6 years of gigging taught me exactly what falls apart under a bright spotlight.
I hold a BFA Music Industry degree from Belmont University in Nashville. My approach is simple because I focus on usable performance skills that actually work in real venues.
Over the last 10 years I have worked with hundreds of musicians to refine their craft. I cover everything from barre chords to complex scales and modes for those ready to push forward. Whether you are a hobbyist or an advanced player, I ensure your foundation is solid. I want to help you build that 20 minute set you can walk into a local bar and play with confidence."

"Stepping into your first session feels like sound-checking in an empty room before the doors open. We start by mapping out your current ability with electric technique or basic strumming patterns. I rely on my 10 years of experience to identify exactly where your playing stumbles. Most students find that fixing small chord transitions makes a massive difference in their overall sound.
Reading sheet music or prepping for grade exams happens alongside these practical sessions. I keep things laid-back and motivating to ensure you stay engaged. You will find that mastering the mechanics of fingerpicking is genuinely fun. We make the hard work feel like a natural part of being a musician."
