About Alissa
I have helped many new officers who have struggled with understanding criminal law. I will explain things so that it makes sense in the real world, not like I’m briefing the Supreme Court. You’ll also have to get used to my hiking and rock climbing references. It’s what I love to do in my free time!

I didn’t become a chief of police by not knowing the law and the procedures and why’s that make laws work. I’ve trained officers and I am in charge of checking their work. I’ll be direct and but also explain the bigger picture and how it is all connected. I’m a picky editor but my report writing skills have stood up in court!
