About Mathieu
My name is Mathieu, I am 25 years old and I have been practicing music since I was little. I studied piano at the Haute Ecole de Musique in Lausanne as well as composition and music theory at the Haute Ecole de Musique in Bern. I have been giving private lessons in piano and music theory for 4 years and therefore also have a good experience in pedagogy. I am very interested in versatility in music and I also have good knowledge in the world of contemporary music: computer-assisted music, keyboards and synthesizer or even improvisation and group playing.

I am for anyone looking for piano lessons in a relaxed and fun atmosphere! Whether you are a beginner or already more experienced, the idea is to make you progress at your own pace in a modular course according to your desires and adapted to your musical tastes. Beyond learning the piano, I offer a course that allows you to open up to the world of music through listening, singing, improvisation, body management as well as music theory or composition. . The instrumental practice is obviously a priority but rather approached from a play point of view and not from school. Whether for regular classes, for help with an exam or for occasional classes. I live in Ixelles and travel throughout Brussels and around, directly to your home for a home course.

Perfect! Mathieu est un excellent professeur de piano, autant pour les enfants que pour les adultes, dans tous les répertoires. C'est un super pédagogue, très à l'écoute, qui propose plein d'exercises et de morceaux différents. On adorait nos cours de piano avec ma fille, on est très tristes que Mathieu ait déménagé!
