About Christos Hughes
I completed my Physio studies in 2014. Prior to this I was a footballer and futsal player, having represented England on the international stage for futsal. Due to multiple injuries I was unable to continue football and so Physio was my next option. I didn’t have a passion for Physio at the time as it hadn’t helped me during my footballing days but it was all I knew. In 2018 I started learning about how our anatomy moved in motion and what efficient looked like. I found that my body was missing many fundamental movements. It was finding in finding these missing movements that set my body free and reduced pain. I now have my own small business and I help people find their missing movements so they can perform better without pain.
