About Jasmine
I am a recent Cambridge graduate in Natural Sciences. Throughout school and university, I learnt specific techniques to help with understanding new concepts and revising for exams.
I attained top marks in the International Baccalaureate, with the help of excellent teachers who made learning interesting and were generous in helping me understand the exam material. At university, the importance of iteration and learning how to problem solve was emphasised. I am also a dancer and musician so have learnt the importance of time management when there is a lot going on outside of school.
As a tutor I hope to share the skills which have been passed on to me.

I like to tailor my teaching to the needs of the individual student. I will help the student to understand the concepts they have covered in class and go beyond the syllabus where necessary to gain a deeper grasp of the material. I will also provide advice on revision and exam technique, and go through practice questions with the student.
For maths and sciences, I find the best way to learn is through practice questions, so the majority of my lessons involve going through questions step-by-step, to improve the student's problem-solving skills, and identify areas of knowledge which need more attention.
As a recent graduate, I will share my own learning techniques which helped me through school and university.
