About Achini
For more than six years, I've worked under the Ministry of Youth Affairs in Sri Lanka developing leadership, personality, and discipline of youth with limited educational and economic backgrounds. This has inspired me to extend my knowledge to children aged 5-12. Growing up in an Asian country, I desired to be a manager by the age of 24. After numerous commitments and hard effort, I was able to realize my dream of being one of just three female airport managers in Sri Lanka. Taking another step forward, here I am completing my PhD in Australia while continuing to pursue my love towards teaching and sharing my skills with young people.

I mainly focus on activity based teacher. As a mother of two, I know how difficult it is to keep children at one place. Therefore, I've incorporated some interesting activities to keep them busy during the learning time. My main focus is vocabulary improvement and letter writing. In addition, interest in teaching grammar for 5-8 years old. Use phonics and modern grammar
