Before the lesson start, I will spend time to chat with my students to understand their personalities, their current academic level, and go through few topics and lessons to see how they approach questions and the logistic thinking behind. Then I will design tailored courses for them based on their current situation and what I observe. In addition, every time after class I will also spend couple minutes to see if my students are happy with my teaching, and make adjustment based on the discussion.
