About Alireza
As a PhD researcher in Mechanical Engineering in the UK, I bring a strong academic background in Mathematics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to every lesson. I specialise in helping students simplify complex topics, strengthen their understanding, and improve their confidence in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
I have experience supporting students in academic settings and explaining challenging mathematical concepts in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand way. My lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style, pace, and academic goals, whether they are aiming to improve confidence, prepare for exams, or achieve top grades in GCSE or A-Level Mathematics.
I focus not only on improving results, but also on helping students develop logical thinking, independent problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding of the subject. I believe that with the right guidance and approach, every student can make meaningful progress in Mathematics.

My tutoring approach is focused on helping students build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and develop a clear understanding of mathematical concepts in a supportive learning environment. I believe students learn best when lessons are interactive, structured, and adapted to their individual learning style and pace.
I usually begin lessons by reviewing previous material and identifying areas where the student may be struggling. I then explain concepts step-by-step using clear examples and guided practice before moving on to exam-style questions. I encourage students to ask questions freely and focus on strengthening both understanding and independent thinking rather than memorisation alone.
My lessons are typically 60 minutes long, although longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation or intensive support.
I am currently a PhD researcher in Mechanical Engineering in the UK with a strong academic background in mathematics, computational modelling, and analytical problem-solving. I also have experience supporting university students in academic and laboratory environments, where I regularly explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
My lessons are suitable for secondary school students, particularly those studying GCSE, IGCSE, and A-Level Mathematics. I can support students of different abilities, from those aiming to improve confidence and foundational understanding to high-achieving students preparing for top exam results.
