I’m Brice, a Personal Trainer and PhD in Biology with a passion for health and performance. My PhD gives me a unique understanding of how the human body works, allowing me to design training programs that are safe, effective, and backed by science. I am one of the founder of TrainMeNow platform, combining fitness, science, and technology to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

I began my professional training journey at Equinox, where I gained hands-on experience working with diverse clients and developing tailored fitness solutions. My athletic background includes over 10 years of competitive swimming in France, which helped me build discipline, endurance, and expertise. Today, I specialize in swimming lessons for all levels and use my decade of fitness experience to create personalized weight lifting programs designed to help you to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve endurance.
Always challenging myself through competition events. I have participated in the Spartan Decathlon of Functional fitness, several Spartan Races (from 5 to 21K) and the HYROX US championship in Washington DC. Today, I’m working out on my next challenge, the Spartan Race Ultra, consisting of a 50k trail course with 60 obstacles.

1) First consultation: $75 for an hour.
In this consultation we discuss your goals and conduct a thorough anamnesis to understand your health history and any potential limitations. Based on this information, we will develop a clear plan and set specific objectives to help you achieve your goals.
2) Monthly Online Coaching / Basic Package: $150 per month.
- Initial Consultation: Begin with a comprehensive initial consultation, where we discuss your individual goals and needs.
- Monthly Online Coaching: Benefit from Monthly live coaching sessions, providing you with personalized guidance and motivation.
- 24/7: 24/7 support with a response time of 24 hours or less
- App Access: Enjoy access to our app, giving you anytime access to workout plans.
3) Premium Package "Fit Weekly": $375 per month. Basic package + 1 online training per week.
4) Premium Package "Fit Weekly Plus”: $675 per month. Basic package + 2 online trainings per week.
5) Additional Personal training: $125 per session
If you have a monthly online personal training package, you can book additional personal training sessions.
6) Swimming program: $100 per month. Including one training per week. $50 for additional trainings.
