About Siyanda Sithulile
I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong passion for children teaching ,and learning ,flexible GET and FET teacher who is able to articulate ideas clearly,building trust on both and individual and group basis in order to facilitate a positive learning environment for leaders
Assistannt.As a student teacher, I observed and supervised a grade 8 ,9and 10 class and worked alongside a certified teacher. I helped create lesson plans and engaged learners in learning content through various formats. I also helped increase learner participation and saw a 20% increase in tests and exam marks during my time as a student teacher. This experience helped me learn the best teaching practices and greatly improved my patience, organization and
creativity skills.
Combined with my teaching qualification , I aim to use my skills to foster a learner's educational
development and ensure they're reaching their academic potential.
