About Victor

Initial bachelor was related to construction as freelance consultant and also contractor back in my home country.
Previous job prior to Yoga teaching was sales and operation manager for a gym/fitness equipment distribution company.
In the past I played football, volleyball, table tennis, squash, cycling, running, swimming, wall climbing (bouldering) and practiced Tae Kwon do (red belt)

About the lesson

Teaching One-on-One allows me to deliver as much knowledge and practice tips as everyone has different obstacles and challenges.

It also benefits the student to get the best of my attention. Thus i tailor my sessions for each person based on their current level in order to monitor an organic progress.

The asana classes consist of traditional hatha yoga approach, warm up exercises founded on sushma vyayama and a combination of personal experience from all sorts of sports and martial arts.
