About Jacqueline
I recently graduated from Cornell University in Food Science, with a background in product design and materials engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. My work focuses on understanding how people think, communicate, and structure ideas, which I bring into how I support students with their writing.
I’ve worked across research, design, and teaching roles, where I’ve helped others organize their ideas and communicate them clearly. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and focused on helping students develop strong storytelling, structure, and a clear voice in their essays. My goal is not just to improve an essay, but to help students become more confident and thoughtful writers overall.

My approach focuses on helping students clearly express their ideas and build a strong narrative, rather than just editing for grammar. I work with students to develop structure, refine their voice, and make sure their essays feel authentic and cohesive.
A typical session involves reviewing a draft together, identifying key themes or gaps, and then working through revisions step by step. I also provide guidance on brainstorming and outlining for students who are just getting started.
With my background in product design and research, I bring a structured yet creative approach to writing, helping students think critically about what they want to communicate and how to communicate it effectively. My goal is to help students feel confident in their writing and walk away with a clear, compelling essay.
I work with students at different stages, whether they have a rough idea or a full draft ready for refinement.
