About Ayelet
I am a recent sixth form graduate predicted top grades in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I’ve always loved explaining scientific and mathematical concepts interactively and clearly and seeing students’ passion and confidence in a topic is incredibly rewarding. My two years of volunteering experience at Kew Gardens, where I received the award for best embodying Kew’s values, bolstered my enthusiasm for teaching and for biology. I am currently working at a science camp for children between the age of 7 and 15 and also have experience tutoring younger kids at my previous school. All of this has deepened my dedication and skills, and allows me to combine my interests and support students in their education.

I begin by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each student and then break down challenging topics into manageable sections. I make sure to then apply that knowledge with a few practice questions and exam questions given by the specific board and I regularly ensure consolidation of past topics to help strengthen students’ understanding and confidence.
