About Sophie
Well practiced (7+years), Knowledgable, CPR and First aid trained, 200 Hour yoga teaching qualification and a first class Honours degree in Philosophy and Ethics, Specialise in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga but able to teach a wider variety, attended many workshops including (inversions/pranyama/backbending).

My teaching method reflects my personality and my students, I adapt accordingly. Mainly, I like to take a warm approach and encourage students to listen to their body and do what feels right for them. I see myself as a guide to students own self-practice, rather then an instructor they must follow meticulously. I like to combine traditional yoga themes with a more modern, anatomical, approach that is understood by all. I like to keep things light hearted and believe that having fun whilst learning is a more effective and enjoyable method to teach in.
