About Alecia
I am a foundation phase teacher (grade R-3) and my favorite thing about being a teacher is to see the progress my students make. I graduated from North West University in 2017 and have been teaching since.

I believe in exploring and focusing on a child's passions and talents to develop them into aspiring adults. All while also following the expected academic curriculum.
My native language is Afrikaans, and I am also fluent in English. I have taught in both those languages.
I believe in laying a good foundation. I am qualified to teach from grade R to grade 3. For older learners I am able to identify learning barriers and gaps in learning, and focus on closing those gaps.
