I gained my knowledge from talking to my father who was born in 1945 in Ireland. We would talk for many hours about the different types of food that were eaten in his time as a child. I researched the various different types of dishes and created them again today in 2023.
My experience has gone down extremely well and my clients love the experience. I can teach you all the knowledge I gained along the way of creating my company.
