I have a Master's degree in Community Guidance & Counseling, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as experience in whole health training, public speaking, training, and multiple certifications in the diagnosis and treatment of addictions, anger management, and conflict management. I have experience working with clients and families of all ages and stages.

My teaching approach is hands-on and I am very down to earth and I believe that humor is a great teaching tool. I use every day examples to teach and I believe in learning by doing and so I like to assign homework. I also use role modeling and role playing.
