About Hanna
Hello I'm Hanna, a certified Yoga instructor, who has practised yoga for 5 years now. The certification is internationally recognised by Yoga Alliance. I have a strong passion for teaching, and love connecting with people.
Being introduced to yoga has been the biggest blessing. Yoga as a practise, philosophy, and way of living, has brought so much beauty and truth into my life.
My practise has been influenced by my time learning and living in India, Mexico and Thailand. I have met many knowledgable yogis on my journey, and I wish to pass on the wisdom they shared with me. My intention is to be of service to you whom are curious and want to learn more about this ancient practise.

I am happy for your interest in yoga!
Yoga is deeply transformative, and I would love to introduce and support you through your own practise.
Through my classes I will instruct you through different asanas, ensuring proper alignment. I will teach you different breathing techniques (pranayama), and guide you through mediation. The class will be specifically tailored to you, and your body. All questions will be welcomed and responded to my best ability.
In addition to offering asana classes, I teach yoga philosophy and the other limbs of Yoga. If desired, we can combine a yoga class with a conversation, up to you.
