About Jeffrey
I hold an AL combined mathematics qualification from Sri Lanka, a BSc in Quantity Surveying, and I am currently pursuing my MSc degree. My strong academic background equips me with a solid foundation in mathematics. My qualifications, combined with my practical teaching experience, enable me to connect with students and help them succeed in mathematics.

My approach to tutoring is student-centred and tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. I encourage active participation from my students. This involves solving problems together, asking questions, and engaging in discussions to ensure that the student truly comprehends the material. Practice is crucial in mathematics. I provide a variety of problems and exercises for students to practise, allowing them to reinforce what they've learnt and build confidence. I have several years of tutoring experience, particularly in Sri Lanka, where I taught both Advanced Level (AL) and Ordinary Level (OL) mathematics. This experience has provided me with insights into the challenges students face and how to effectively address them.
