I will try to make chemistry as simple, interesting subject to learn by using a variety of methods to engage students as actively as possible. I will make it possible by means of class room lectures, independent projects, small group of problem solving and questions throughout a lecture. As a teacher I am responsible to assess student’s needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly. I believe communication in the classroom must be bidirectional to be truly effective. This requires that students realize they are part of the learning process and I will make them comfortable enough to express both intellectual leaps and lack of understanding. It requires that they are part of classroom community whose common goal is for everyone to learn as much as possible.
