About Georgina
Hi, I am Georgina.
I previously taught in secondary schools and I am also a qualified yoga teacher and , in my opinion one can really support the other.
Over the years I have practiced many different relaxation techniques from Eastern practices such as Buddhist meditation and yoga to Western practices such as CBT and DBT.
The mind can effect the body, but we can control the body to control the mind as well.
I have taught online and in person classes as well as one to one, groups and festivals.

These classes are informed from years of teaching and seeing the pressures young people face during the exam period with little to no holistic support. With increased levels of stress and anxiety in young people a few techniques could help them them themselves.
Each lesson is only 30 minutes and we will discuss and practice a new technique each session to help you feel more calm and centred during a stressful time.
These sessions are aimed at anyone in a stressful period from high school and university students to adults.
There is a free session where we can discuss what you are feeling, hope to achieve and have a short practical session together.
